I. Eligibility And Time Of Delivery
Every user must be at least 23 years of age to register to use the Service

Members requesting for free matchmaking as subjected to matches or no matches , we do not guarantee you will be match. Paid members will have access to matches
III. Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or are a Member.
You may change or cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, by email notice of cancellation to our representative. If you cancel your membership , we may ask you to provide a reason for your cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, perfectmate requires a reasonable amount of time to process the action. If you cancel a subscription or membership no refund of payment
IV. Prohibited Activities
The Company reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your membership if you have misused the Service or you exhibit any of the following:
✓Impersonate any person or entity.
✓Submitting fake profiles eg. fake photos , fake name , etc
✓Solicit money from any Members..
✓Harass sexually, threatening or intimidate any person..
✓Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
✓Demanding or sending nude pictures to members or monetary values
✓ Not contacting or following up your matches , for every person you are connected to , you should follow up and give us feed back

V. No Refund Policy
We do not refund payment on request we have embarked on , our services includes logistics such as cost of advertising, calling members and we consume alot of data to process each members request. Please bear with us.
VI. Customer Service
If we feel that your behavior towards any of our representatives is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership.

You acknowledge and agree that neither the Company nor its affiliates and third party partners are responsible for and shall not have any liability, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage, including personal injury as a result of or alleged to be the result of (i) the conduct, whether online or offline, of any Member; (ii) any error, omission or defect in, interruption, deletion, alteration, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, any user or Member.

MEMBERS INTERACTION RULES
- Do not Ask A Member For Nude Pictures, Pins , ATM or Monetary Info or Beg For Money Or Assistance.
Do Not Use This Platform For The Following Purposes:
- To Extorts Money From Members ( Scam Activities)
- Falsification Of Marital Status ( Married but)
- Demanding Sex From Members (Male) Or Exchange Sex For Money (Female)
- Threatening Security & Well Being Of Members.
Members who engage in above mentioned will be banned from this platform and reported to appropriate authority
